Congratuation to Coach Lewis Razey, captain Ben Josse and all our Super 2s players who were crowned Surrey Championship league winners last Saturday following their big win over Camberley.

To win a league full of so called bigger clubs all bar one of which currently sit above us in the rugby pyramid is an amazing achievement for the club. I am often asked about our on field ambitions as a club and I always say that we want to go as high as we can without ever paying players or without ever sacrificing our Super 2s like some clubs have done.

This is now the 4th time in 5 seasons that our 2s have been promoted and shows the one senior squad culture that Damian and the coaches have created is paying dividends.
Special mention to captain Ben Josse who insisted on leading his team into battle on Saturday just few days after his mum sadly passed away.
